White water rafting in Scotland can be world class with the rightt water conditions. Due to having sceduled dam releases of water the River Garry is the best guarenteed white water that is available in Scotland during the summer.

Other rivers that are used for white water rafting in Scotland can require a lot of rain to get them into condition. When the dam releases water from April to Octrober the River Garry is a classic grade 3 and 4 white water experience, it's that good we run it twice per trip!

If these dates do not suit you then you could try a trip down the River Awe in our smaller sport rafts or funyaks if you are feeling adventurous!

White water rafting entails up to 8 people getting togged up in a wetsuit, bouyancy aid and helmet, being given a paddle and climbing into a big inflatable boat to run some of Scotlands wildest rivers.

Minimum age 8 years and children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or gaurian.

Please note that this trip may require the use of your own vehicle to get to and from the river venue.In some cases the venue is decided upon to give you the best experience.

White water rafting River Garry takes place at our centre at South Laggan at the Great Glen Water Park on the A82. This site is 25 miles North of Fort William and 45 miles South of Inverness.

Own transport may be required to travel from meeting point to activity location.
